Mudcat Fitness has a team of professional trainers who offer private and semi-private personal training sessions customized to our client’s needs. Personal training can include:
- Rehabilitation & Functional Movement Training
- Sport Performance Training
- Athletic Training
Our staff work with both individuals and groups. Group semi-private training sessions are perfect for mom’s groups, friends, co-workers and families. Sessions are scheduled throughout the day, seven days a week with one of our certified staff members.
All sessions take place at the Chicago Mudcats Training Facility | The Creek | 2932 North Campbell | Chicago, IL 60618.
PERSONAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- All clients must register to participate. NO WALK-INs. Please see the Fitness Policies page for our Guest Policy.
- All clients must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Photo ID is required at the beginning of first session.
- All health restrictions and medical conditions must be disclosed to the instructor prior to beginning a session.
- When appropriate, clients should bring a list of current medications to the first session to share with the instructor.
- Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to your training session time slot.
- Come to class in comfortable workout clothing and gym shoes.
- Bring a water bottle.
- Before signing up for a personal training package, please read our Fitness policies by clicking here.
- All clients must complete a Medical and Media Waiver prior to the first training session. Clients will not be allowed to workout without a completed waiver on file. Please print and sign the waiver, and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring it with you to your first training session.
